Scott Adams created text-based adventure games for a variety of home computing platforms in the early 1980s. This particular packaging variant comes from 1983. Scott Adams had, by then, branched into graphic adventures. Cassette versions (like this) did not have graphics. The back of the package still rates the game - moderate - and tells you that "Now you can enjoy all of the Scott Adams Adventures in either of two exciting formats: the classic or text-only versions, or the highly acclaimed S.A.G.A's which feature full color, high resolution graphics.
