Richvale Telecommunications (commonly known as RTC) produced software and hardware peripherals primarily for Commodore computers.
The president was Peter R. Smith, and the lead programmer was David Foster (who later went on to found Digital Solutions, ReadySoft, and Digital Leisure). If you have any additional information please let us know.
